As a Senior Coordinator in Group Benefits, you will oversee a team of service representatives who focus on proactive, positive communications with clients. Your role involves making quality decisions, optimizing work processes, contributing to the organization’s strategic plan, and effectively managing operational activities. You will also be involved in developing talent and driving results.
Supporting the immediate supervisor with work organization and operational planning for the team.
Determining your unit’s service offerings and ensuring projects and activities are planned and executed effectively.
Training Senior Group Service Representatives to meet service standards and targets.
Handling complex group cases and providing training.
Managing escalations and providing solutions for clients.
Supporting management with strategic initiatives, and creating processes and best practices within the team and across business development and operational partners.
Liaising between your team and operations to drive results.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least seven years of relevant experience, including two years in management or training/coaching.

Proficiency in English is required due to the nature of the duties and interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients.
Advanced knowledge of group benefits.
