Insurance Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager with Western Financial Group, you will use your insurance expertise to effectively manage and support your team to achieve established sales targets, focusing on employee engagement and client retention.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance and coaching to your team, identifying a succession plan.
2. Develop and execute business, budget, and sales strategies to deliver results.
3. Champion, communicate, and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures.
4. Review and complete audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence.
5. Engage in continuous self-development through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses.

The Value You Bring

• General Insurance Level 3 License required; Level 2 accepted on exception.
• Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
