We are seeking a qualified Food Services Manager to oversee operations at our establishment in Mill Bay, BC. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• $100,001 - $500,000

Key Responsibilities

1. Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
2. Balance cash and complete financial reports
3. Conduct performance reviews
4. Cost products and services
5. Organize and maintain inventory
6. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
7. Negotiate with suppliers and clients
8. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
9. Address customer complaints and provide excellent service
10. Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations
