The Maintenance Person will perform general building and property maintenance, including routine maintenance of pools, hot tubs, and boiler rooms, servicing HVAC units, drywall repairs, painting, caulking, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, and responding to guest maintenance requests. The role requires proficiency with hand and power tools and adherence to WHMIS health and safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment.
