What do our Account Executives do?

The primary role of this position is to secure new commercial customers and improve revenue growth. The Account Executive is a home office-based role with some travel, recognition, and rewards for achievement. This role involves contacting, prospecting, exploring leads, and growing established accounts to help meet revenue and strategic goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
2. Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
3. Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
4. Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Requirements

1. Two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales.
2. Experience selling into multiple market segments.
3. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
5. Excellent organization and time management skills.
6. Valid driver's license.
7. Must pass pre-employment background screening.
8. Pest control industry experience is an asset.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, with the following perks:
