A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and manage customer relationships in Quebec. The role involves developing training programs, executing marketing plans, and fostering partnerships with retail teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for beauty products.
Promote and manage the development of sales within your assigned territory, focusing on both existing and new customers. Manage Caudalie's customer business by driving sell-through and increasing the frequency and volume of net shipments. Schedule and execute training sessions to develop product knowledge, application skills, and selling techniques. Create and implement sales-driving events to generate excitement and enhance brand awareness.
Develop relationships with store managers, sales associates, and boutique buyers to foster growth and increase sell-through. Monitor store inventory levels and report issues to the manager. Follow and execute marketing plans for each campaign. Collaborate with the manager to improve training skills, organization, and best practices within your territory.
Requirements:
The Account Executive will primarily work in the field at client locations from Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for occasional work from Wednesday to Sunday. Remote work from home is permitted 1-2 days per month with manager approval.
