Job description

The Recruitment Specialist is a key player in the delivery of IS2’s Core Values and Purpose. They will recruit, select and place Temporary Employees at our client sites providing a high level of customer service to both employees and clients.

Job Duties :

• Temporary Employees :
• Create and place job ads for available positions
• Applicant telephone pre-screen
• Booking daily interviews
• Interview potential candidates
• Review customer specific written orientations with applicants
• Handle payroll follow up with Temporary Employees

Clients :

• Taking, entering, and filling requests for Temporary Employees. This includes obtaining an accurate work description from the customer, time and place of work and anticipated length of assignment.
• Participating in customer tours (you cannot fill an order if you have not seen the worksite)
• Advise customer of new starts
• Lead the Check in’s for new Temporary Employees at the client site on every shift
• Handle payroll follow up with clients
• Skill Marketing Temporary Employees to clients

Health & Safety :

• Perform Hazard Assessments and Accident Investigations at client sites

Other :

• Forecasting information provided to Managers

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Communication Skills : English, spoken and written, high proficiency required

• Post-Secondary Education, required

Required Training and Experience :

• Customer Service Experience, 1 year

Required :

• Access to a reliable vehicle, to visit client sites
