- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while problem-solving effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability for scheduling
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical support experience
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes
- High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
