Field Coordinator - Regina, Saskatchewan

As a Field Coordinator for our Regina office, you will contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities
  1. Assisting with updating drawings and specifications.
  2. Documenting field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
  3. Assisting with inventory management and tracking timesheets, costs, and quantities.
  4. Preparing quantity takeoffs.
  5. Monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections.
  6. Conducting basic safety inspections and training, identifying and correcting safety hazards, and leading by example in safety practices and procedures.
  7. Assisting with subtrade partner management, including requests for information, shop drawings, changes, billings, and workforce planning.
  8. Supporting schedules and monitoring performance.
  9. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trades, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of progressive experience as a field coordinator is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders, including supervisors and subtrade partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technology.
