Position: Field Coordinator - Regina Office

As a Field Coordinator for our Regina office, you will contribute to our team by:

  1. Assisting with updating drawings and specifications.
  2. Documenting field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
  3. Assisting with inventory management and tracking timesheets, costs, and quantities.
  4. Monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections.
  5. Conducting basic safety inspections and training, identifying and correcting safety hazards, and leading by example in safety practices and procedures.
  6. Assisting the project team with subcontractor management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes, billings, and workforce planning.
  7. Assisting with project schedules and performance monitoring.
  8. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade, or a related field.
  2. 0-1 years of progressive experience as a field coordinator is preferred.
  3. Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
  4. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subcontractor partners.
  6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
