As a Field Coordinator for our Regina office, you will contribute to our team by:

  • Assisting with updating drawings and specifications.
  • Documenting field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
  • Assisting with inventory management and tracking timesheets, costs, and quantities.
  • Preparing quantity takeoffs.
  • Monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections.
  • Conducting basic safety inspections and training, identifying and correcting safety hazards, and leading by example in safety practices and procedures.
  • Assisting the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes, billings, and workforce planning.
  • Assisting with schedules and monitoring performance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of progressive experience as a field coordinator is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subtrade partners.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
