Qualifications

  • 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in Küchen-/Restaurantrollen.
  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung als Junior Sous Chef oder vergleichbar.

Responsibilities

  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Lebensmittel- und Geräteeinheiten am Ende des Tages gesichert sind.

Position: Junior Sous Chef

Location: Bentall, Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all food and equipment inventory is accounted for and secured at closing
  • Maintain composure and professionalism, support kitchen staff during peak hours
  • Follow proper procedures for reporting accidents and incidents
  • Execute daily meal periods and build relationships with FOH team
Minimum Experience:
  • 1-3 years in kitchen/restaurant roles
  • 1-2 years as Junior Sous Chef or comparable
