Job description

Our client is a cutting-edge real estate technology startup, revolutionizing the commercial real estate industry. They work with a range of top-tier clients and have a growing presence in North America.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who knows how to navigate complex organizations and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You’re comfortable leading deals from initial conversation through to close, work well across teams, and have a sharp eye for detail. Experience in real estate or corporate finance is a nice bonus.

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, identifying customer needs, performing demos, negotiating deals, closing new business, and handling renewals
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and tailoring solutions to their needs
  • Research and qualify target accounts to understand client pain points and align outreach with their specific needs
  • Manage and grow a healthy pipeline by developing account strategies and tracking progress against business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term retention and upsell opportunities
  • Report on key sales metrics such as forecasts, funnel activity, engagement levels, and overall pipeline health
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to the growth strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize client adoption, mitigate churn risks, and expand their footprint within client organizations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Reporting to the CEO

Requirements

Must be located in Toronto and open to going into the office 4 days / week

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong background in consultative, solutions-focused selling - you are a pro at prospecting & networking
  • Comfortable communicating with executives and leading multiple initiatives across departments—all while keeping an eye on the details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bonus points for experience in real estate or corporate finance
  • You will play a key role in their success, go-to-market strategy, and product development
