National Account Executive I - Large Store

Work Location - This is a Work From Home position, the successful candidate must be based in Ontario.

About This Opportunity

As the National Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing direct sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives supporting company growth. You will sell products and services to large national accounts, requiring comprehensive knowledge of the grocery industry, customer management, revenue growth, financial acumen, contract negotiations, and customer marketing. You will execute complex projects and manage key relationships with large national customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage business relationships with large national customers in collaboration with the integrated account team.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a system-wide expert on customer strategies, systems, and operating philosophies.
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs system-wide.
  • Grow customer satisfaction and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Bottler system and customer field network to ensure strategy implementation and program execution.
  • Align system resources to support marketing and operational programs within budget and schedule.
  • Represent as a customer expert to ensure company programs meet customer needs.
  • Resolve operational or exceptional issues with customers or bottlers.
  • Forecast and manage budgets effectively.
  • Generate innovative solutions and embrace new ideas to sustain business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of key account experience in beverage or consumer packaged goods.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Experience managing pricing plans for customers.
  • Knowledge of bottler and fountain systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and develop business strategies.
  • Complex selling skills, including creating and selling promotional programs.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
