This role involves working across multiple sites, requiring travel as necessary and physical fitness to navigate large areas.

The responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical support and resolving hardware and software issues.
2. Analyzing and documenting end-user inquiries.
3. Installing desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals.
4. Troubleshooting operating system and network connection issues.
5. Updating tickets accurately and maintaining a knowledge base.
6. Coordinating hardware warranty repairs.

Additional duties involve inventory management, escalation to third-party vendors, problem management, and supporting data center/infrastructure tasks as instructed by remote technical teams.

This position requires managing end-user incidents, requests, and IT-related plant requests, acting as the primary contact for such issues.
