Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Respond to and document end user inquiries, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage hardware warranty repairs and perform inventory activities.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support infrastructure tasks based on instructions from specialized teams.
- Manage end-user incidents and requests, including plant-specific IT requests.
- Provide on-site operational support for data center and server room equipment.
- Maintain knowledge base and contribute to SLA/KPI management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as needed.
- Physical fitness to navigate large areas.
- Flexibility to work after hours and weekends if required.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle tasks related to infrastructure equipment under remote guidance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
