Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical assistance and support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  2. Install and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
  3. Respond to and document end user inquiries, maintaining accurate records.
  4. Manage hardware warranty repairs and perform inventory activities.
  5. Coordinate with third-party vendors and escalate issues when necessary.
  6. Support infrastructure tasks based on instructions from specialized teams.
  7. Manage end-user incidents and requests, including plant-specific IT requests.
  8. Provide on-site operational support for data center and server room equipment.
  9. Maintain knowledge base and contribute to SLA/KPI management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as needed.
  • Physical fitness to navigate large areas.
  • Flexibility to work after hours and weekends if required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
