The Desktop Support Technician supports and maintains in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals, providing Level 1 and 2 support for the Support Center. Responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading desktop hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance. The role also involves managing software configurations, inventory, and licensing compliance, as well as troubleshooting user issues via various support channels.
