The Audit function located in our Kelowna office is looking for Managers to join our dynamic team. Our professionals help clients manage risk so they can focus on their core business. By understanding each client’s business, we convert information into insights to uncover opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

As a manager, you will lead KPMG's audit teams and ensure proper accounting practices are applied. Clients will look to you to add value throughout the audit engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with some of the largest clients in the market. Join us!

What You Will Do
  1. Oversee and manage client audits.
  2. Manage audits from planning to completion.
  3. Assist in implementing the group business plan within the practice group.
  4. Collaborate with practice management to meet financial goals.
  5. Counsel, train, and mentor audit staff.
  6. Apply KPMG's audit and accounting methodologies on engagements.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a public practice accounting firm.
  • Experience with Canadian accounting frameworks (IFRS, ASPE, NPO, Public Sector).
  • Strong client service skills and ability to understand clients' businesses.
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands.
  • High standards of client service and motivation.
  • Proven ability to build a client base and generate revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player with attention to detail.
  • Professional firm experience is required.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The expected salary range is $70,000 to $104,500, potentially with bonuses. Salary depends on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
