The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is an integral part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations Team, deploying programs focused on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams in performing effective and efficient audits. Workforce Optimization aims to standardize and optimize resources for our firm, our audit clients, and our people.
The Workforce Optimization Technology Manager plays a key role supporting business application tools related to resource management, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, capacity management, and key metrics. This involves collaboration with IT professionals, the Department of Professional Practice, end-users, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization of Workforce Management tools.
This highly visible role requires technical acumen and leadership skills to drive the execution of current and new tools. Creativity, questioning, and challenging the status quo are essential qualities for success.
This role requires fluency in English for supporting and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
The base salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, potentially supplemented by bonuses. Salary offers depend on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
