Altera Digital Health, a dynamic and growing healthcare software solutions provider, is seeking an Associate Manager of Accounting to join our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely recording of revenue, while driving process improvements and contributing to the success of our financial close process.

The Altera business comprises 11 core entities across multiple countries. The finance team includes over 100 members globally, with teams in India, Canada, USA, Israel, Australia, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support revenue accounting, focusing on developing a strong foundation as an individual contributor, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as expertise grows.
2. Contribute to the end-to-end revenue recognition process, ensuring proper application of IFRS 15 to complex contracts, building detailed Excel workbooks, performing variance analysis, and reviewing revenue postings.
3. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline revenue accounting.
4. Support audit processes related to revenue, including interim reviews and annual audits.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on revenue initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills, with knowledge of IFRS 15.
• Proficiency in Excel and process improvement skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment.
