Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes to discuss their flooring projects
• Use our sales system via tablet, laptop, and software (training provided)
• Serve as the primary contact for all flooring service requests
• Coordinate installation timings and communication with the Office Manager
• Relay customer needs and expectations to the Install Manager
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and referral sources
• Participate in ongoing training and educational activities, which may include travel at company expense

Potential earnings for an average Design Associate are $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000 to $100,000+.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
