A leading company in investment management is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior executives. The role involves managing schedules, travel arrangements, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational capabilities, effective time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a dynamic working environment wherein diversity and inclusion are championed.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing daytoday administrative support to the Managing Director Head of Assurance & Advisory as well as senior members of this team. Responsibilities will include managing calendars meetings expenses events presentations travel correspondence and group / departmental initiatives.
