The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and knowledge. This role supports the organization’s goals by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development through learning, engagement, and employee communications. A significant focus of this role will be developing and managing digital learning content that will focus on Product, Sales, Customer Service, Brand, Health & Safety, Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, and Well-being. This role supports the availability of accessible and impactful learning and development resources to meet our diverse employee needs.
