Position : Production Manager for the Dollard-des-Ormeaux Site

The incumbent will oversee USCAN operations within Reliable / Richelieu, ensuring management aligns with business and financial goals. Reports to the Director of Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure stakeholder compliance with action plans and deadlines to meet profitability objectives.
• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and a night team leader.
• Manage human, material, and financial resources.
• Analyze performance indicators and implement corrective measures.
• Train and develop staff, manage performance.
• Adjust staffing levels based on operational needs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Manage health and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Participate in management meetings and special projects.
• Perform other operational tasks.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in similar roles within large distribution centers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Operational flexibility and analytical skills.
• Experience in multi-site distribution environments is an asset.
