The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field, with 3–5 years in edtech support or integration, and strong communication skills to train faculty and staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in educational technology support or integration.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration and effective use of educational technologies within the institution.
• Provide technical support and training to faculty and staff on learning platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with educators to identify opportunities for technology enhancement in their courses.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting new educational technologies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to educational software and hardware.
