This position is currently posted internally to CUPE employees for 5 working days until 4:30 p.m. July 10, 2026 as per the CUPE Local 5829 Collective Agreement.

We are currently seeking a friendly, skilled, and dedicated Educational Assistant to join our team. If you are a compassionate, self-motivated individual with a genuine interest in supporting student learning, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time position at Blue Sky Colony School, commencing the first day of the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide additional support to students and contribute to a positive and effective learning environment.

The successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with students, teachers, and other staff members. You will be expected to present yourself as an organized and professional representative of the school division in all interactions, including in person, by telephone, and in written correspondence. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment would be considered an asset.
