Job summary

Cut Knife Community School (CKCS) has a dedicated team that strives to make a difference in the lives of students by promoting engagement and success. This Educational Assistant position supports core subjects in small groups and the classroom, commencing August 26, 2026.

The successful applicant will join CKCS for a permanent part-time 0.5 FTE role, with a Grade 12 education and 1–2 years of relevant childcare experience. Applications close August 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one year relevant childcare experience.
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset

This posting is for a Permanent Part-Time (0.5) FTE Educational Assistant Position at CKCS, commencing August 26, 2026. Educational Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students. The successful applicant will support core subject areas in both small groups and in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
• Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset
