Métis Nation British Columbia seeks an Education Support Specialist to coordinate information and support programs for Métis families. The Education Support Specialist coordinates the exchange of information among people, processes, and systems. They perform administrative and technical work to ensure the day-to-day success of the Ministry. This role is crucial in supporting the Ministry of Education’s programs, initiatives, and services for Métis families. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing program enrollments, coordinating meetings, preparing sensitive documents, maintaining confidentiality, handling mail and records, organizing filing systems, facilitating communication, managing calendars, and providing support to families via email and phone.
