The sales coordinator will provide essential support for the coordination and administration of education programs at designated Merrithew (Host and Licensed) Training Centers. This includes assisting Managers with business development, market research, and lead generation, while ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day facility services and activities to drive revenue growth for Merrithew® education sales. The role also involves managing the pre-, during, and post-course execution of education programs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both administrative and customer service tasks are key for success in this hybrid position.
Prepare and manage hosting agreements and Instructor Trainer (IT) agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
Create and update orders in the Event Management System (EMS), and ensure timely invoicing for deposits, final payments, exams, makeups, and private sessions.
Coordinate travel logistics for ITs, including booking flights, arranging accommodations, coordinating ground transportation, and assisting with visa applications.
Ensure that all pre-hosting paperwork is sent to Training Sites and ITs, and keep all stakeholders informed about scheduling and logistics.
