The Education Program Contract Specialist implements and oversees various programs' assigned federal and provincial contracts and budget obligations within the ministry. The position supports the execution of MNBC's strategic and annual operating plans, ensuring program financial integrity and accountability. Monitors expenditures within existing budgets and guidelines, reports out, and develops budgets.
