Job summary

Oxford Learning Kanata & Stittsville is seeking an Education Coordinator to act as the primary liaison for clients, coordinating projects and maintaining strong relationships across both centres.

You will manage client onboarding, oversee project timelines, and analyze feedback to improve service delivery, using CRM tools to track progress and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Ability to commute to Kanata/Stittsville in Ontario.
• Experience with CRM tools and client account management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines.
• French language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Manage client accounts and onboarding of new clients.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize CRM to track client interactions and project progress.
• Assess and program students and prepare reports.
