Job summary

Oxford Learning Kanata & Stittsville is seeking a dedicated Education Coordinator to join our in-person team in Kanata. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, manage student-related programming, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure high-quality educational support.

The role involves coordinating projects, tracking client feedback, and using CRM tools to maintain strong relationships. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication are required; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Onboard new clients and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and resources.
• Analyze client feedback to identify service improvements.
• Maintain client communications and project progress in CRM.
