Job summary

Dweller Home Services is expanding in Edmonton and seeks an experienced construction professional to establish and lead the local operation. You will perform inspections, build trusted relationships with home builders, and deliver precise digital reports.

As the Edmonton team grows, you will mentor future inspectors, improve processes, onboard builders, and help lead the regional operation with minimal supervision in a fully digital, paperless environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience in a supervisory/quality role.
• Experience with framing, rough-in, final QC inspections, homeowner orientations and possession walk-throughs.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and Alberta construction practices.
• Experience with builder relations and working with homeowners.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools and mobile tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality inspections and walkthroughs across Edmonton and surrounding communities.
• Document deficiencies clearly in professional digital reports with photos and notes.
• Submit reports accurately within established timelines using Dweller's reporting standards.
• Mentor and onboard future inspectors as the team grows.
• Support business development and onboarding of builders in the Edmonton region.
