Job summary

Anthem is seeking a Community Sales Manager to lead the Alberta House Building community sales program in Edmonton. You will drive revenue, manage the onsite team, and coordinate with Operations, Construction and Warranty to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep network of realtors, and a proven ability to deliver on sales targets while maintaining contract compliance. This position offers growth and industry-leading perks within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales leadership and community management.
• Solid knowledge of local Alberta market and competitors.
• Established realtor network to promote Anthem projects.
• Excellent people and relationship skills.
• Able to drive sales and maintain strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all sales targets are met on time and budget.
• Execute the Sales Plan for the community.
• Write contracts and ensure contract compliance.
• Provide leadership and training for Sales Associates and onsite teams.
• Manage sales reporting and CRM.
• Coordinate with Operations, Construction and Warranty to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintain proactive homeowner communication through purchase and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing to meet Anthem standards.
• Keep MLS listings up to date.
