Job summary

Anthem Properties Group Ltd. seeks a Senior Vice President to lead the House Building Alberta operations across Calgary and Edmonton.

You will translate strategy into operating priorities, own sales, product and production integration, and ensure homeowner experience, quality and safety. You will mentor senior leaders, drive cross-functional collaboration across geographically dispersed teams, and shape the Alberta business plan in partnership with the President.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive home building or real estate operations leadership experience.
• Track record leading and developing senior, multi-disciplinary leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of house building operations including sales, product, construction/production and customer experience.
• Experience partnering with finance and accounting leadership on planning, forecasting and performance reporting.

Job description

The Senior Vice President (SVP), House Building Alberta, serves as a strategic leader responsible for Anthem's house building business across Calgary and Edmonton, leading day-to-day operations through a common Alberta-wide functional structure. The SVP translates the approved strategy and annual business plan into operating priorities and results, owns sales, product, and production integration, and holds end-to-end accountability for the homeowner experience, quality, and safety. The SVP leads a team of highly experienced functional leaders across our matrixed organization and partners closely with the President to shape and deliver the Alberta business plan.

You have

• 15+ years of progressive home house building or real estate operations leadership experience
• A track record leading and developing senior, multi-disciplinary leadership teams
• Deep understanding of house building operations, including sales, product, construction/production and customer experience
• Experience partnering with finance and accounting leadership on planning, forecasting and performance reporting
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience reporting to and partnering with senior executive leadership
