We're Hiring: Proofreader/Editor – Marketing Operations (Wealth & Asset Management)

We’re looking for a bilingual Proofreader/Editor to join our Marketing Operations team and support our Wealth and Asset Management business. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all French-language content delivered to our Quebec audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit translated marketing content from English to Canadian French
• Ensure grammar, spelling, and tone are aligned with corporate messaging and Quebec-specific language norms
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine messaging and ensure cultural relevance
• Maintain style guides, glossaries, and SEO best practices for French content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in both Canadian French and English, with exceptional written communication skills
• Proven experience in professional French proofreading and editing, ideally in a corporate setting
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in grammar, tone, and style
• Experience in the financial industry (Wealth & Asset Management preferred) is a strong asset
• Excellent collaboration, time management, and multitasking skills

Preferred Background:
