Job summary

Mint Green Group is a leading sports-lifestyle distribution company expanding its New Era Canadian business and building a founding team. The EDI Key Account Coordinator role focuses on order accuracy, EDI processing, and strong account support across Toronto or Montreal.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and operations to ensure seamless order-to-delivery and drive compliance with SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong data handling in order management.
• Experience with EDI systems and ERP environments.
• Excellent communication across teams and with partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage bulk orders for major accounts and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate between sales, product, and operations for timely delivery.
• Process EDI and non-EDI orders and resolve variances quickly.
• Develop EDI expertise (TrueCommerce) to support processing.
• Build relationships with key account buyers across departments.
• Collaborate with DC to resolve shipment issues and confirm data accuracy.
• Create EDI mappings and generate weekly forecasts reports.
• Inform partners of risk, changes, or delays; assist IT with improvements.
