Job summary

Mint Green Group in Pointe-Claire is seeking an enthusiastic eCommerce Coordinator to support customer service, merchandising and operations across our multi-brand portfolio. The role is generalist and proactive, with daily tasks shifting to team priorities as you learn our brands.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Shopify and our PIM, enter orders, provide order updates to customers, and help maintain product data.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, ecommerce, retail or a related field.
• Foundational AI literacy and willingness to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across channels in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping updates and general support.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when needed.
• Maintain product listings, descriptions and catalog updates across brands (PIM and Shopify).
• Accurately enter and manage orders, including custom items, within internal systems; monitor progress and provide updates.
• Coordinate replacements, corrections or exchanges as needed; support order edits prior to fulfillment.
• Support the ecommerce team across functions and assist with administrative initiatives.

SALARY RANGE:

$55,000 to $60,000

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an eCommerce Coordinator, you'll get a front-row seat to how a multi-brand ecommerce operation runs. You'll flex across customer service, merchandising and operations for our portfolio of brands. This is a generalist role built for someone proactive and curious. Your day-to-day will shift with the team's priorities, and you'll be expected to pick up new tools, workflows and brand knowledge quickly. It's an ideal entry point into ecommerce for someone who wants to learn how a team operates, across multiple brands, before specializing.

Essential Functions

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional and personable manner across all communication channels
• Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping updates and general support
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when needed

Merchandising Support

• Support product listings, descriptions and catalog updates across brands
• Help maintain accurate product data in our PIM and Shopify
• Assist eCommerce Merchants with assortment updates and site setup

Order Entry & Management

• Accurately enter and manage orders, including custom or made-to-order items, within internal systems
• Monitor order progress and proactively provide updates to customers throughout the lifecycle
• Coordinate replacements, corrections or exchanges as needed
• Support order edits or adjustments prior to fulfillment when required

Ad Hoc Support

• Support the eCommerce team across functions as needs arise
• Assist with administrative tasks and ongoing operational initiatives

Skills And Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, ecommerce, retail or a related field
• Naturally proactive and curious, with genuine interest in learning how an ecommerce business operates end-to-end
• Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is an asset
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
• Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, basic analysis, vlookup) preferred
• Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
