Our actions are guided by our values of Respect, Commitment, Creativity, Teamwork and Fun. These aren’t just words to us but are values we push ourselves to work by and inspire in others.

We’re a passionate group of hard-working people, obsessed about sales and service.

We know nothing matters more than a happy customer and that saying“that’s not my job”gets us nowhere.

Best known as the official on-field cap of MLB, official sideline cap of the NFL, and official on-court cap of the NBA, New Era is the brand of choice for headwear, accessories, and apparel for men, women, and youth, worn as a symbol of self-expression by athletes, artists, and culture-shapers around the globe.

As MGG launches New Era's sales and distribution business in Canada, we are building our founding team — masters of their craft who are innovators, architects of culture, and forward thinkers who demand excellence in the quality of the product and the authenticity of the brand.
