Job summary

Mint Green Group in Pointe-Claire is seeking a Planning & Launch Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the eCommerce team's calendar across all brands. You will own the Asana workspace, coordinate with the Director, eCommerce, and each Merchant to ensure updates happen on time and with the right people involved.

This role rewards organization as a superpower in a fast-moving, multi-brand operation, with fingerprints on every successful launch.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a project coordination, launch management, or operations support role, ideally in ecommerce, retail, or marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Asana (or a comparable project management tool) is an asset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent timelines across brands.
• Confident following up and holding teammates to deadlines.
• Familiarity with Shopify is an asset.
• Clear written and verbal communicator.
• Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the eCommerce team's primary launch calendar and Asana project structure across all brands.
• Build out launch timelines with each eCommerce Merchant, working backward from launch dates to confirm what's needed and by when (assets, product data, QA, marketing hand-off).
• Track task ownership and status across the team, proactively flagging at-risk deadlines before they become problems.
• Maintain launch documentation and post-launch retros so process improvements carry forward to the next launch.
• Coordinate with Merchants, Retention, Paid Media, and CS to confirm site updates are scheduled and completed on time.
• Run or support regular check-ins (e.g., weekly launch status meetings) to keep the team aligned on what's coming up.
• Act as the point of escalation when a task, asset, or dependency is at risk of slipping, and coordinating a resolution.
• Flex into other areas of the eCommerce team as needed, including onsite merchandising tasks, customer service coverage, and reporting.
• Provide backup support to Merchants and Customer Service during peak periods, launches or team absences.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Planning & Launch Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the eCommerce team's launch calendar across all of Mint Green’s managed direct-to-consumer (DTC) sites.

In this role, you will own the team's Asana workspace, working with the Director, eCommerce and each eCommerce Merchant to build out timelines and confirm that every site update, from major drops to everyday changes, happens on-time and with the right people looped in.

Key Responsibilities
