ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Loan Solutions Advisor, you will support customers and prospective customers both over the phone and in person to provide excellent service. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past due accounts
• Handling cash transactions, including payments
• Engaging in personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn customer trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE : Authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
