Your Role

The Media Solutions team seeks a Coordinator who is organized, creative, and motivated to support our team and learn on the job. You will coordinate activities, support stakeholders and employees, and serve as a liaison across all areas of Media Solutions. Your role involves bringing innovative ideas, challenging the status quo, and enhancing team efficiency. You will track projects, activities, and performance indicators, and contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment.

Primary Duties
  1. Coordinate external production needs and create contracts in applicable systems for areas like Commercial Production and Content Marketing.
  2. Design and implement solutions for Sales teams, set performance indicators, and monitor project progress.
  3. Support and lead special projects, initiatives, and innovation opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
  4. Coordinate with Sales and external partners for event attendance, hospitality, and client satisfaction.
  5. Assist in budget planning, coordinate administrative activities, and perform data analysis and reconciliation.
  6. Contribute to projects within set parameters.
  7. Implement tools and processes to support users and optimize workflows, particularly in Workday.
  8. Work with teams to refine business processes for better integration and efficiency.
  9. Manage tasks and follow up on changing priorities.
Candidate Requirements
  • University degree or substantial equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of CBC / Radio-Canada, its mandate, and programming.
  • Proven project planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking abilities.
  • Independent work capability, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
  • Initiative and ability to improve processes.
