The hotel was completely renovated in 2021, features 36 floors, 614 rooms, 13 suites, 25 meeting rooms, and can host up to 1,000 guests. Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance activities, ensuring the preservation of the hotel's infrastructure and equipment. The role involves staff training and coordination to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Perform daily maintenance, including basic repairs of equipment and systems.
• Assist in planning and task allocation within the maintenance team for 24 / 7 emergency coverage.
• Monitor maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, emphasizing safety standards and best practices.
• Manage inventories of spare parts and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate maintenance planning.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in coordination meetings to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Technical skills in electricity, plumbing, mechanics, and general maintenance.
