Job Description

1. Set up and manage/maintain project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Maintain accountability for the project budget, costs, timelines, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
3. Act as the primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades, and other project stakeholders.
4. Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide them to produce deliverables according to specifications.

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor.
2. Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
3. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate project teams with a hands-on approach from start to finish.
4. Willingness to travel to sites on occasion.
5. Site Ready BC certification.
