Description

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their city and want to provide a memorable and personalized experience to each of our guests. From the moment our guests step into the Humaniti Hotel Montreal, our valets take the stage and are responsible for being the first point of contact with our guests. The exceptional quality of their service will leave a memorable mark on our clients' experience.

Our valets will work together with the front desk team to deliver impeccable service, reflecting our DNA: evolved, captivating, and connected. At the Humaniti Hotel Montreal, we seek individuals with a deep understanding of human interactions who can deliver an experience aligned with our wellness concept to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal items.
  • Inform clients about available parking options.
  • Park the client's vehicle in the hotel's parking facility.
  • Inspect the vehicle before and after taking charge of it.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms during check-in and check-out.
  • Provide directions or assistance to clients as needed.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation of reception areas at all times.
  • Provide service that exceeds customer expectations and promote this quality throughout the team.
  • Coordinate smoothly with various hotel departments.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritize tasks, and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Work effectively under pressure and manage stress.
  • Show proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in high-end customer service.
  • Hold a Class 5 driver's license.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
  • Bilingual in French and English (required due to international clientele).
  • Availability during the day, evening, and weekends.
  • Experience with Marriott chain hotels is an asset.
