Job description

We are excited to announce that Preszler Law Firm is hiring an intermediate level associate for our Alberta offices to handle personal injury files. Preszler practices in all areas of personal injury, including premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, sexual assault, aviation cases, and disability benefits. Preszler has a well-developed trial and litigation team with lawyers of all seniority levels. Mentorship opportunities at trial and otherwise are provided to all associates.

The firm does not expect associates to bring work into the firm, each associate is provided with a full practice.

The right candidate will be provided with a full practice and legal administrative support. The firm also provides practice management software that allows lawyers and their staff to work from home. Compensation is competitive and includes a benefits package and commission on settled files.
