Our client is seeking an exceptional mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their national team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 to 4 years of post-call Commercial Real Estate experience from a reputable Canadian law firm. Experience in-house or in private practice will also be considered.
• Experience with purchase and sale of investment properties across all asset classes for regional and national investors.
• Experience with development approvals and complex subdivisions on various commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Experience with leasing in retail, office, and industrial sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, client service skills, initiative, and teamwork ability.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Qualified to practice law in Canada.
