Job Details

Bee Clean is Canada's largest 100% Canadian-owned janitorial company, with over 20 offices across the country. We have been providing expert building maintenance and janitorial services for over 50 years to a diverse range of clients.

Position:

Account Manager - Saskatoon

Reporting To:

Operations

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 annually, benefits activated after probation

Responsibilities
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, facility managers, branch managers, and cleaning staff via phone and email
  • Post advertisements for cleaning and subcontractor positions
  • Interview, recruit, and hire cleaning staff and subcontractors in coordination with the Area Manager or Operations Coordinator
  • Support cleaners through training and ensuring they meet company and client expectations
  • Organize and collect documents from subcontractors and cleaners
  • Review and approve invoices from subcontractors
  • Provide billing information to accounting
  • Manage work order tracking and closure in client portals
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients
  • Collect and update staff security clearance information
  • Coordinate inspections with managers and clients
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Provide quotes to clients with assistance from the Area Manager or Operations Coordinator
  • Database management and tracking equipment and supplies
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Manager of Operations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn client management software (e.g., Corrigo, Real suite, Oracle)
  • Attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness
  • Basic math skills
  • Effective communication skills in English (speaking, listening, writing)
  • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience is an asset but training will be provided for the right candidate
