An established Canadian leader in consumer electronics and accessories is looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize its online sales channels.

In this role, you'll take ownership of multiple Shopify storefronts and Amazon operations, ensuring products are accurately listed, content is optimized, and everything runs smoothly. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of consumer electronics, audio, photography, wireless accessories, and other technology products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of ecommerce, has a strong eye for detail, and wants the freedom to bring new ideas to the table. You'll join a collaborative team that values initiative, encourages professional growth, and gives you the autonomy to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and maintain multiple Shopify storefronts supporting both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Oversee Amazon Seller Central operations, including product listings, ASIN management, promotions, and marketplace updates.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, imagery, and specifications.
  • Review product content to ensure it meets brand standards, SEO best practices, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure new products are uploaded accurately and on time.
  • Monitor ecommerce performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help optimize the customer experience.
  • Support Amazon marketplace operations, including troubleshooting listing issues, returns, and customer service coordination.
  • Conduct regular quality checks across ecommerce platforms to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, IT, and customer service teams on ecommerce initiatives.
  • Stay on top of ecommerce trends and recommend improvements to platforms, processes, and online merchandising.
Must-Haves:
  • Hands‑on experience managing Shopify ecommerce stores, including product uploads, catalogue management, and ongoing website maintenance.
  • Practical experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including managing product listings and marketplace operations.
  • Experience with ecommerce product management, online merchandising, and optimizing product content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices for ecommerce product pages.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with the confidence to take ownership and solve problems.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Background in consumer electronics, technology, retail, or product distribution.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Experience working across multiple ecommerce storefronts or brands.
  • An interest in consumer electronics, photography, audio, or other technology products.
What's in It for You?
  • Hybrid work: 3 days onsite in Markham and 2 days working remotely.
  • Growth and development: Opportunities to expand your skills, explore new technologies, and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Autonomy: A supportive, hands‑off management style that encourages ownership and fresh ideas.
  • Collaborative culture: Work with a close‑knit team and a diverse portfolio of well‑known consumer brands.
