Job summary

Emterra Group is hiring a Truck Loader to collect curbside materials from residential and commercial locations and to process them according to our safety and efficiency standards.

The successful candidate will perform repetitive tasks, manage daily pick-up records, and work in all weather conditions while maintaining a strong safety mindset. Training and background checks are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Customer service and public interaction skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collect curbside materials from residential buildings and other facilities.
• Pick up refuse in other areas as required.
• Maintain daily records of pick-ups.
• Perform heavy lifting (50lbs) as part of daily tasks.
• Work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain or snow).
• Dispose of curbside Collections according to company policies.
• Observe and follow safe work practices.
